How it works

After adding the collect & deliver service to your cart, proceed to checkout to finalize your order.

A customer service representative will reach out to schedule a convenient time for device collection.
Collection
Your device will be picked up as arranged. Please disable Find My iPhone, wrap the device in bubble wrap, and place it in a sealed cardboard box.
Booking & Updates
Once your device arrives at our facility, you’ll receive a confirmation. Regular repair updates will be sent via email or SMS, based on your preference.
Repair Payment
After the repair is completed, a secure payment link will be sent to you. This link allows for instant payment via credit card or online EFT. For manual EFT payments, use your job number as the referenc

Once payment is confirmed, a team member will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivering your repaired device.​

GreenFriday Collect & Deliver Service Update
Please be informed that there is no courier associated with our GreenFriday Collect & Deliver Service. However due to courier backlog,
overnight delivery may take 2-3 days depending on your location. As a result, your repair could take up to 10 days based on part availability. This service is strictly for courier purposes and does not include any repair, part, or labor fees. If your device is deemed beyond economical repair (BER), an assessment fee will be applied to return your device. In the event that your device requires a rework or a second repair, a new Collect & Deliver service must be purchased if in-store drop-off is not feasible. Our customer service team is available to provide information regarding repair availability.
